Yampu requires a minimum deposit of 50% of the total tour cost plus the full cost of the international airfare unless more is required for the purchase of domestic airfare, cruises and special hotels. Balance will be due 90 days prior to departure. Non-payment of balance on due date may forfeit all amounts paid and may result in immediate cancellation of booking. Bookings made within 90 days of travel will require full payment upon confirmation of services. Deposit is nonrefundable. All airline tickets are issued immediately upon confirmation of services, and all deposits to cruises and hotels/lodges are also placed upon confirmation. Any changes or cancellations made within 90 days of departure, may result in the loss of the amount paid, and will be assessed on an individual basis.
